First operation is the earliest operation. However, there are cases where more than one operations where performed on the same day. Since the database doesn't contain the time of each operation, it's impossible to determine which one was first by looking at the date alone.
In such case, the Basic Score is used to choose one of them. If both of them have equal maximum Basic Score, then it is impossible to determine the first operation at all.
