=== Adding Patient ===
Click “Add Patient” button in left bottom. New window appears. Enter patient's details. Provide his/her last name, first name, gender, date of birth, specify if he/she was diagnosed antenatally. The “more” buttons contains additional fields, which we wish that you never have to fill.

Press “Save data” when finished.

=== Finding Patient ===

If you wish to find patient that is already in the database, you can do it in two ways.

=== Finding patient by name ===

Type patient's last name, or its part. Press ENTER or the “Find” button. You will see list of matching patients. If nothing appears on the list, try typing in something different. If you make a spelling mistake, program will not find your patient. If you still can't find your patient, try browsing.

If you see your patient on the list, click his/her name on the list. It should appear on the top of the window, and you should see his/her details.

=== Finding patient by browsing ===
Press “Show all patients” button. The list of patients appears. Scroll the list, find your patient and click on his/her name.

=== Deleting Patient ===
This function is unlikely to by used. Once patient is entered, it stays in the database forever. However, if you enter patient by mistake, you may wish to delete him/her from the database. Find the patient, select him/her (by clicking on his/her name) and press “Delete patient” button. Confirmation dialog window appears. Reconsider your decision. If you're sure that you want to delete him/her, press “Yes, delete” button.
