Problems with priorities of diagnoses and procedures are the most common problems with data from years 1999 - 2004. If your data suffers from problems with priorities, we encourage you to correct your data using our dedicated, web-based tool.
Tool is easy to use. Take following steps:
- Log to the website [1].
- Go to Data Validation.
- Click on "Repair priorities".
- Choose between diagnoses repair and procedures repair
- You'll see a list of diagnoses or procedures. For every patient (or operation) click on the primary diagnosis (or procedure).
- Click on "Save changes".
