Providing screenshots is a very good way to provide information about your problem.

Under Windows system, you can do a screenshot in the following way:

  1. When you see what you want to show us, hold the Prt Scr key for few seconds.
  2. Open the "Paint" program from Accessories menu.
  3. Use Edit->Paste.
  4. Save the file in JPG or PNG format. BMP it not good.
  5. Send the file to Software addr.png as an attachment. Please don't embed the picture in Word or Powerpoint documents. Please send only the JPG or PNG file, alone.
