Problems with priorities of diagnoses and procedures are the most common problems with data from years 1999 - 2004. If your data is beset by priority problems, we encourage you to correct your data.

The tool is very easy to use. Take following steps:

  1. Log to the website [1].
  2. Go to Data Validation.
  3. Click on "Repair priorities".
  4. Choose between diagnoses repair and procedures repair
  5. You'll see a list of diagnoses or procedures. For every patient (or operation) click on the primary diagnosis (or procedure).
  6. Click on "Save changes".
