It is of the HIGHEST IMPORTANCE that you make a copy of your data before having installed the new version of the software for your data safety reasons. Please, use the data collection software menu: ECHSA Database tools -> Export data to CSV or XML (use compressed XML, which is a default) and save the exported file on another hard drive, pen drive, burn a CD etc.
There are three different distribution packages:
- ecdbc-jre64-7.4.4.msi -- Windows Installer package bundled with Java Runtime Environment (64-bit version). No previous installation of Java required.
- ecdbc-jre32-7.4.4.msi -- Windows Installer package bundled with Java Runtime Environment (32-bit version). No previous installation of Java required.
- ecdbc-7.4.4.zip -- zipped archive, suitable for non-Windows users.
