The EACTS Database Software is a Free Software and it's licensed under terms of the GNU General Public License. By downloading and running it, you agree to use the EACTS Database Software under the terms of GNU GPL.
The basic meaning of GNU General Public License is that you are free to download and use the software for any purpose. You are also free to download and modify the source code. However, if you decide to distribute the modified version of software, you have to publish it under GNU General Public License as well, also together with the source code.
