The Basic Score report shows Basic Score and the performance. You can see the Basic Score value for the whole database or choose a split. You can also combine splits, so you can obtain a report for each center in each year.

If you select a split by center, you'll probably see a little less patients in your center than you entered. There are several reasons for that:

1. Some procedures don't have Basic Score value
2. For some patients, the primary procedure can't be determined. See the primary procedure election.
3. For some patients, the primary operation can't be determined. See the primary operation election.
